St. Joseph's Ward, Hotel Dieu Hospital, Kington

This photograph shows six patients and four Religious Hospitallers of St. Joseph in the St. Joseph's Ward of the Hospital. Sister Mary of the Sacred Heart (Catherine Leahy) has been identified as the seated Sister on the left side, dressing a patient's foot. The photograph was taken shortly after the new hospital opened in 1893.
