Description
This lease agreement between the Board of Trustees of Regiopolis Colleges and the Religious Hospitallers of St. Joseph was signed September 1st, 1892. It gives the Sisters the use of the College building and the property known as Selma Park.
The RHSJ would buy the property outright from the College in 1927.
